Our Story
Interlinked was founded over three years ago by four young entrepreneurs that shared the same interests within the Web 3.0 ecosystem. As soon as we heard about the Helium network, we fell in love with the concept and dedicated a countless amount of hours to become experts in the field. After immersing ourselves in the community and conducting an extensive amount of research, we came to the realisation that we could create a scalable commercial solution. This solution would help us to grow and develop the network that we love, while providing a risk-free passive income to our community.

Our journey hasn't been easy. We've come a very long way from operating out of a small bedroom, trialing and testing different setups and pieces of equipment on a daily basis, to maintaining and running thirty plus, fully-optimised LoRaWAN Hotspots. Over the years, we can certainly say that we've experienced our fair share of ups and downs, so that you don't have to. Now, we're confident that we fully understand how to meet the intricate requirements of every single member of our community, to ensure their upmost satisfaction, a passive income and a reliable service.

Here at Interlinked, we are constantly looking at groundbreaking innovations and solutions that can enable us to continuously improve our setups and provide a better service to our community. As the future of Web 3.0 is constantly evolving, we're aiming to be at the forefront of any developments within the Helium network. We have a dedicated, proactive innovations team that are always on the look out for any changes to the network or the equipment that we use, allowing us to ensure that our setups are always the best of the best. At the moment, one of our key focus areas within the network is the constant HIP changes that affect the way in which our miners perform, as well as how they interact with other miners. By understanding the ins and outs of these network changes and how they affect our miners, we are able to adapt our service to ensure that our setups can always maximise the benefits of these changes.
As well as looking into current key focus areas, we also explore future trends and other concepts. One exciting innovation that we are currently exploring is the new 5G hotspot capability that the Helium network have launched in the USA. Although the capability is not yet available in the UK market, our dedicated, proactive innovations team are working extremely hard to ensure that we have a comprehensive understanding of the new capability. We can then offer our community an exclusive opportunity to upgrade their hotspot, where applicable, so that they are able to stay up to speed with development of the network.
